===== What is the cycle =====
Volunteers are essential for an association. Each volunteer works based on their own motivation and with their own expertise. Stretchers has various ways to ensure that the right volunteer is in the right place. Sustainable volunteer policy has 4 parts: finding, binding, engaging and growing.

The following picture has emerged as a model to make visible what the different components of good volunteer policy are and how these components relate to each other.

This cycle consists of the following components: finding (introduction, promises, training), binding, captivating, growing (developing expertise), progress discussions and then continuing, moving on or saying goodbye).
