Bij paaltjesvoetbal krijgt iedere speller een eigen ‘paaltje’. Iedereen mag zelf een plekje hiervoor in zaal zoeken. Het is de bedoeling met een zaalvoetbal de paaltjes van andere spelers om te schieten. Hierbij dient de bal laag gehouden te worden. Wordt een paaltje omgeschoten dan wisselt de speler met iemand aan de kant. De nieuwe speler krijgt de bal mee.

==== Tactiek ====
Het is niet de bedoeling dat je de hele tijd in de buurt van je eigen paaltje blijft, dit is niet bevorderend voor het spel. Handig is om een verbond met een andere speler af te sluiten om een bepaald paaltje om te schieten.

===== English rules =====

Block football is a variant of football in which every player gets a block or cone and places his/her cone somewhere on the playing field. The goal of the game is to shoot the cones of others and while in the same time making sure your own cone remains standing. Sticking close to your cone is discouraged, as it kinda ruins the game. It is better to attack and perhaps team up with other players to share the defensive tasks.
